  • We do not knowingly process or sell data of individuals under 16 years of age.

Our Platform enables advertisers to execute and measure email and social campaigns. Email engagement (opens, clicks, and opt-outs) is recorded to comply with regulatory requirements and optimize campaign performance.

2. Data We Collect and Process

We only collect pseudonymous data such as:

  • Open/click events from email interactions

  • Opt-out requests

  • IP addresses for ad delivery verification

We do not collect or store names, phone numbers, or any directly identifying personal data unless our clients provide it for communication purposes.

To opt out of future communications from a campaign, simply click the opt-out link provided in the message. This will ensure you no longer receive future messages from that specific advertiser.

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have done so, we will take steps to delete such data.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and provide notice via our website or services.
